Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across India to the address you provide at checkout.
- We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders safely.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of the package.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Within metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–10 business days
- These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs (if applicable), or force-majeure events.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During sale periods or holidays, processing may take longer.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout.
- In some promotional offers, free shipping may be available if your order meets a minimum value (e.g., free shipping for orders over ₹[X]).
- Any extra duties, taxes, or customs fees (if relevant) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- After your order is shipped, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email including:
- Courier partner name
- Tracking number (if available)
- Estimated delivery date
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package via the courier’s website.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- Funkiddoz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer support at support@funkiddoz.in with your order number — we’ll investigate and assist.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package or sign “Damaged” (if courier allows). Also, inform us immediately with photos.
- For lost shipments (no delivery confirmation), contact us within 14 days of expected delivery. We will coordinate with the courier to trace the package and, if deemed lost, offer a replacement or refund.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- If a return is required because of shipping damage, incorrect item, or missing parts, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for instructions.
- For such returns, shipping back to us will be arranged at no extra cost to you (provided you follow our return procedure).
