At funkiddoz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or cancel an order, please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7–14 days of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product is missing parts
- The product is not as described
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Baby feeding items (bottles, nipples, spoons, etc.)
- Personal care items (teethers, pacifiers)
- Cloth diapers and undergarments
- Items bought during clearance/sale unless defective
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect the product
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged items
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the item is unavailable, we will provide a refund instead.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery.

- If the return is due to damage, defects, or wrong item, we cover the shipping cost.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the buyer must cover the return shipping charges.
